I've recently discovered that with a 'semi'macro lens... the world is your oyster. By that I mean it opens up new possibilities for fun photography... Things I never would have thought to shoot have all of this sudden become interesting... Who would have thought I'd enjoy taking pictures of moss?
I am glad that the days I shot these photos - the park was relatively empty. I'd hate to think that as I was "tree-hugging" with my lens .5 cm from the trunk of the tree - that anyone would round the corner and wonder what in the world I might be doing... but I have said it once, I'll say it again... when you're bored photographer - no subject (or strange position for the photographer) is safe.
Happy Wednesday to you.
Yep, there is a whole new world of bugs and other small things out there.
