Titlow Beach

Once a week I travel the 5 miles north to Tacoma for a cello lesson and for the past couple of weeks the weather has been worth stopping for. I'd never been to this park before (that I can remember) but I knew I wanted to just drive until I found a clear view of the Narrows Bridge (both new and old)... I landed here at Titlow Beach and I never wanted to leave. These photos were nabbed with my iPhone. Now I know I need to get back there with my "real" camera... I can imagine this spot would be perfect in any weather.

  2. Wow! I love the first photo, especially the seagull. It is in a great place to draw the eye in a triangle from him to the bridge to the pilings and back again.

  5. What a great perspective from which to shoot--love the contrast of old and new bridges. I've just inherited an iPhone and am glad to see the quality of photos you can get from one.

  6. These are wonderful; all goes to show it's the photographer, not the camera!

  12. Hi! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an established blog.
Is it tough to set up your own blog? I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick.
I'm thinking about setting up my own but I'm not
sure where to start. Do you have any ideas or suggestions?
