"Did somebody say GIANT RAT?!”
That’s the cue for this sweet girl to come and terrorize those on stage. Today is the day when the Tillicum 4th graders will finally give their first performance of “Folk Tales of the Forest”... They are so excited!
Yesterday afternoon I overheard some of them singing in the halls “Todaaaay is the last daaaaaay of rehearsAL!!” haha. Too sweet for their own good.
There has been chaos going into this play and I’m certain their will be chaos coming out of it too - but if the kids have fun that’s all that matters. (Plus, an elementary play just isn’t the same without the sounds of adults whispering forgotten lines or costumes coming apart or someone being in the wrong place at the wrong time - we’ll be sure to get it video taped.) -- is that even the correct term these days? Video taped? No one uses video tapes anymore...
If you’re a local - the students will be giving their final performance on June 14th at 6:00pm. Open to the public! Should be a hit. Or a smash. But hopefully no broken legs.
She is SO sweet. :]
