Pets

Obligatory Pet Post.

Happiness is:
A pup that contains herself in the presence of other wild beasts.

We walk around our small one square mile "ghetto" and we never know what type of dogs we're going to run into. One neighbor has a dog that never stops his ferocious barking and is chained up on the sidewalk. Not sure how that makes any sense. We walk in the road when we reach that house.

If you've ever had a beagle before, you know they are pure love. All they want to do is roll over and have you pet their belly. All this barking and territory-protecting - she just doesn't get that. And I like that.
