To continue on the theme of "Friday Photo Shoot"... I get to go on another shoot today! It's been so much fun this "Learning Photography"... Better yet - we were at my folks house for my sister's surprise 30th birthday Friday night and my dad has THE.BEST vintage camera collection (and it's not even what it used to be because most of them were stolen some years back...) I was looking through them and pulled out an old Nikon that I am pretty sure I used in college for a black and white photography class (it was the only camera we had with manual settings - that was still user friendly).
The thought occurred to me - would this lens fit on my camera?
Can't WAIT to shoot with this baby today!
This is truly a "nifty fifty" and she fits on my D-90 like a gem and so much fun to work with!
Speaking of oldies - I snagged this beaut from the thrift store - hhhheeeeeeELLLOO PERFECT new camera bag. I'm pretty excited.
Wish we lived closer, would enjoy going on a photo outing with you!
ReplyDeleteSome vintage gear will interchange nicely with Pentax too, but it often takes some fiddling around with... nice shots of the lens.
