I'd rather be

Here:

Sitting on the deck and soaking up the new rays of sunshine that stand for summer solstice....

Instead of working - at a conference - in an air conditioned building - when it's 86 degrees outside.... 

Trust me. I'd rather be home. Where I can blog in the present instead of saving it to post several hours in advance and where I can blush with sweet comments and visit my own favorite blogs. Where I can pet the pooch and kiss the hubs. Where I can stare at the cello I don't know how to play...

But alas - I'm at a work convention. At least it's only for two days - then it's home sweet home!
