Wings
Wings (not the TV show which I used to stay up and watch at like 2am because it’s the only time it came on and we never had cable) ... The elusive Eagle... There are several that live on Silcox Island and they have begun to show their faces - stealing things from other birds’ nests, grabbing fish out of the lake, flying too high for my 300mm to really catch a good look. Someday perhaps I’ll stake out in order to get a close up. But until then I’m content with what I can see while sitting comfortably on the back porch.
